DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the site and the sending of personal data through the forms, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to user requests sent by filling in the different form modules.

 

The PURPOSE of the data collected through the WEB site are as follows:

a) The acquisition of personal data obtained by sending e-mail or pec are necessary to respond to user requests and to develop and maintain business relationships;

METHOD OF TREATMENT
The data processing can be carried out both with the use of paper support and with the aid of electronic, computerized and telematic tools, according to methods and with instruments suitable for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the data. In particular, all appropriate technical and organizational measures for data protection will be adopted in order to meet the legal requirements and to protect the rights of the interested parties. The treatment is carried out through automated systems for a period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case, in compliance with the legislative provisions in force.

 

COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA

The data will not be disclosed and will be processed by Company employees, who operate as persons authorized to process data according to the duties performed and adequately trained. The data may be communicated to external subjects (communication agencies, marketing agency.) appointed as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
In relation to the aforementioned data, all the rights referred to in articles may be exercised. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR, and specifically:

b) their rectification in case of inaccuracy;
c) deletion of data;
d) limitation of processing;
e) the opposition to the treatment;
f) the right to data portability, i.e. to receive the personal data provided in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and to obtain its transfer to another Data Controller without impediments. In the event of violation of these provisions, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority.
